“Introduction Pyoderma gangrenosum (PG) is a rare sterile inflammatory neutrophilic dermatosis characterized by recurrent painful ulcerations. Although the etiology is unclear, it is often associated with inflammatory bowel disease, rheumatoid arthritis or malignancies [1].
